Important Information

When you register for the Conference, you are automatically reserving yourself a hotel room at the same time. You will be asked to input your hotel accommodation preferences at this time. Therefore, please do not call the hotel separately to book your hotel accommodations.

Once you have registered for the Conference, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Five days after receiving this e-mail, you must call The Ritz-Carlton at (800) 241-3333 to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Please have your credit card number handy when you call, as it will be needed to guarantee your arrival.

Once capacity for the Conference has been reached, no more registrations will be honored.
