To register your guest for this program, simply select the “Guest Program” option during your personal, online registration for the Conference and enter the information requested. But, hurry! The Guest Program is limited to 24 guests. We regret that we are unable to offer a daily program/fee.

Monday — Desert Demonstration Gardens
The Desert Demonstration Gardens, located on 2.4 acres, began as a community project of the Kiwanis Clubs. Horticulturists garnered the Kiwanis’ support and lobbied the Las Vegas Valley Water District for the land. The Gardens host a fruit and vegetable garden, herb garden, rose and rock garden, oriental garden, terraced garden, as well as an amphitheater and courtyard. A catered picnic-style lunch will be provided in the courtyard area.

Tuesday Afternoon Activity
Select one activity from the following selection for your guest during your personal, online registration for the Conference. Your selection will be confirmed upon your arrival at the Conference.

• Tennis Clinic
  Get lessons from champion Tracy Austin and other top pros at Club
  Sport, approximately 20 minutes from The Ritz-Carlton. This well-appointed, spacious facility has everything from valet service to towel attendants. Changing/dressing rooms are always fully stocked with complimentary men’s and women’s toiletries, including shaving razors, lotion, shampoo, cotton balls, and mouthwash. The clinic will be held on the indoor courts. Racquet rental fee not included. Photo opportunity.

• Golf Clinic at Reflection Bay Golf Club
  Through rotation format, you will work with a different pro instructor
  on improving such techniques as chipping, putting, and full swing.
  State-of-the-art video equipment videotapes you, so that you can view yourself in action. Pro instructors then offer suggestions for improvement. The video is yours to take home for future review.
  Three-hour program. Feel free to bring your own golf clubs, which
  will be stored at the Ritz-Carlton. Golf clubs available for rent at an additional charge.

• Spa Treatment
  Indulge your senses in a 25,000-square-foot spa, featuring a select
  menu of spa treatments especially for 2003 Client Conference
  attendees and guests. Relax in a soothing sauna or steam room.
  De-stress with an invigorating facial or massage. Or, languish in a separate swimming pool. Appointments starting at 2p.m. One
  treatment per guest.

• Hoover Dam – Traditional Tour with Rainbow Canyon
  The Traditional Tour will take you through Hoover Dam, one of the engineering wonders of the world. You will have an exclusive opportunity to view many behind-the-scenes procedures of the power plant and overall functions of the Dam. You’ll also have time to explore the Visitors Center, which houses many fascinating exhibits, including an observation deck where you can get an extraordinary view of the Dam. From the Dam, you will journey to the beautiful Rainbow Canyon for a gentle 4x4 adventure in search of wild burros and bighorn sheep. Approximate time: 4 hours.

Tuesday Evening Dinner & Show
Select one dinner and show combination from the following selection that you and your guest will both attend together during your personal, online registration for the Conference. Your selection will be confirmed upon your arrival at the Conference.

• Dinner followed by Cirque du Soliel’s “O” at the Bellagio Hotel &
  Casino at 10:30p.m.
• Danny Gans at The Mirage Hotel & Casino at 8:00p.m. followed by
  dinner at Samba
• Dinner at Nob Hill followed by David Copperfield at the MGM Grand
  at 10:00p.m.
• Wayne Newtown at The Stardust Hotel at 8:00p.m. followed by dinner
  at Piero’s
• Rita Rudner at 8:00p.m. at New York New York followed by dinner
  at Emeril’s

Your guest can enjoy all this, including hotel supplemental room charge, for only $475 (per guest). Due to space limitations, we regret that we can host only one guest per attendee.
